Information we collect

• Contact, delivery and billing information needed to process an order.
• Products, sizes, colourways, notes, payment status and order history.
• Email address and consent record when you ask to receive marketing messages.
• Basket, visitor-authentication and consent preferences stored on your device.
• Photographs and video taken at the event, in which you may appear.
• Event ticket and guest-list details: names, email address, phone number, ticket type, booking reference and door-list records.

Why we use it

We use order information to perform our contract with you, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal duties. Marketing messages are sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

We also use ticket and guest-list details to confirm bookings, check people in at the door and send essential event information, such as the venue address. These are service messages, not marketing. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure shop and event and in documenting and promoting it, our legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

Who receives it

We use Wix to operate the cart, hosted checkout and order system; payment providers selected in Wix to process payment; delivery providers to fulfil orders; Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores guest-list records; Wix and the email service we use to send booking, venue and event emails; event staff, who see names on the door list; and Spotify only when you permit optional media. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

International transfers

Providers such as Wix and Cloudflare may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on lawful safeguards for those transfers.

Retention and your rights

We retain order records only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, customer service, tax, fraud prevention and legal claims. Ticket and guest-list records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to run the event, answer questions and meet legal duties. Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookie policy

Our rules cover cookies and similar storage technologies, including browser local storage.

Essential storage

• Wix visitor and basket data: keeps your selected products connected to the secure checkout.
• Consent preference: remembers whether you accepted optional media.
• Order handover: may temporarily retain confirmation details so the thank-you page can display the relevant order.

These functions are required to provide the shop or remember your privacy choice.

Optional media

The Spotify album player is disabled until you accept optional media. If enabled, Spotify may store or access information on your device and receive technical information such as your IP address. You can withdraw permission at any time through Cookie settings.

Current categories

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this storefront. If that changes, this notice and the consent choices must be updated before those technologies are enabled.

Products and orders

Product photographs and colours are shown as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens can vary. An order is accepted when checkout confirms it. If an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurred, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the affected item.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge, tax or duty shown at checkout forms part of the total. Payment is handled through the payment options presented by Wix checkout; card details do not pass through this storefront.

Pre-orders and personalised products

Estimated dispatch information for pre-orders is provided before purchase and may differ from stocked items. A product is not automatically exempt from cancellation merely because it is made after ordering. The cancellation exception is relied on only where an item is genuinely made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsafe goods.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep any rights you have under the law where you live. If you have a complaint, email YorubaHealer@gmail.com with your order or booking details and we will respond as soon as we can.

Event ticket terms

The event

These terms apply to tickets for Yorùbá Healer Live, a one-night event in London on Saturday 28 November 2026. Tickets are sold through the Yorùbá Healer shop and the event details, times and ticket type shown on your confirmation form part of your booking.

Your ticket and entry

• Each ticket admits one person.
• Have your ticket QR code ready on arrival, on your phone or printed. Please also bring photo ID matching the name on your booking, which may be checked at the door.
• Guest-list places follow the same rules, and the name on the door list must match your photo ID.
• If you bought more than one ticket, each guest must arrive with their own valid ticket or confirmation.
• Please follow instructions from event staff and the venue, including for safety.
• Tickets cannot be sold on for more than the price paid. A copied or reused ticket may be refused.
• Entry may be refused, or a guest asked to leave, for unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour. No refund is due in that case.

Age

Yorùbá Healer Live is an 18+ event. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over for the whole event, and every person, including children and young people, needs their own ticket. Alcohol is only served to people aged 18 or over.

Venue and privacy

The venue is kept private and is shared by email with confirmed ticket holders closer to the event. Please keep the address to yourself and your guests, and do not publish it.

Photography and filming

Photographs and video will be taken at Yorùbá Healer Live, and you may appear in them. By buying or using a ticket, you agree that Yorùbá Healer may use images and recordings from the event, including on our website, social media and promotion, unless you ask us not to. If you do not want to be included, email YorubaHealer@gmail.com before the event or tell a member of our team on the night, and we will respect that. You are welcome to take your own photographs for personal use.

Your ticket benefits

Your ticket type shows what it includes, such as a complimentary drink and a merchandise discount. A drink is included for each ticket and alcohol is only served to people who can lawfully be served it. The merchandise discount can be used on the day or online with the unique code tied to your booking, and can be used once. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations and refunds

Tickets for events on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day online cancellation right, so tickets are not refundable once bought. If you cannot attend, email us and we will consider helping you pass your ticket to someone else, but this is not guaranteed.

If the event changes

If we cancel the event, we will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. If the date or venue changes, your ticket stays valid for the new event, and if you cannot attend the new date you can ask us for a refund. We will tell ticket holders by email as soon as we can.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Delivery, cancellations & returns

Delivery

Regular stocked items are delivered within 14 working days. Pre-order items are made to order, prepared for dispatch within 3 weeks and follow the separate timeframe displayed before purchase, so the regular 14-working-day estimate does not apply. Tracking is emailed when available. If an order contains both stocked and pre-order items, they may be dispatched together when the pre-order is ready unless we confirm separate dispatch.

Your cancellation right

For eligible goods bought online, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Email YorubaHealer@gmail.com with your name, order number, items and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made within 14 days after the returned goods arrive or you provide evidence of return, using the original payment method. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required. You may be responsible for return postage if this was explained before purchase. A deduction may be made for handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.

Exceptions and faulty goods

Cancellation rights may not apply to goods genuinely made to your specification or clearly personalised. This does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where helpful.
